Women SUES NASCAR

Published by msperspective at 1:33 am under News & politics Edit This

So… I was watching a rerun of “Bones” this evening when my father brought up an article he was reading on yahoo.

It was about a black women who was suing NASCAR for $225 Million dollars for Racial and Sexual Discrimination.

A few of the acts she’s saying happened are:

1. Asked to duck her head down (in a car) while driving past NASCAR fans so they won’t riot.

2. Being forced to work longer outside than white male counterparts because she was “black” (so her skin couldn’t burn)

3. While inside of a darkened garage, packing up, she was told to SMILE BIG and POP HER EYES OUT, b/c otherwise they (co workers) couldn’t see her..

JUST TO NAME A FEW…

I don’t want to jump to conclusions…but I will say… IF THOSEĀ  ACTIONS ARE TRUTHFUL AND DID OCCUR- I am OUTRAGED tha in the 21st century blantant racial discrimination is occuring. (and NASCAR should be held accountable)

Now if… she is found to be LYING… Then I am angered that she would falsify such accusations, and I sincerely hope that NASCAR and the courts hold her equally as responsible.

What do you think?

**with that, I’m GONE**
